Job Description:

As an In-Home Healthcare Caregiver at Afair Healthcare, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the lives of our clients. You will work closely with elderly, disabled, or recovering individuals, providing them with the support and care they need in the comfort of their own homes. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Assisting clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.

- Helping with meal preparation and medication reminders.

- Providing companionship and engaging in meaningful conversations.

- Assisting with light housekeeping tasks and maintaining a safe environment.

- Accompanying clients to appointments or on errands as needed.

- Monitoring and reporting changes in the client's condition to the appropriate supervisor.

- Ensuring clients' emotional and social needs are met, fostering a positive and supportive environment.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a caregiver or a similar role in the healthcare sector.

- Strong knowledge and understanding of personal care and hygiene assistance.

- Empathy and compassion towards individuals with various care needs.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and their families.

- Reliable, trustworthy, and able to handle sensitive situations with professionalism.

- Valid CPR and First Aid certifications (if required by local regulations).

- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
